Shipping terms and conditions
(the not so fun but useful stuff)
I prepare your order within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
I ship everything from my local post office in Paris (France) and it usually gets to your door in:
︎︎︎ 2-5 days if you’re in the EU
︎︎︎ 6-18 days if you’re outside of the EU
Once your order has been dispatched, it’s all in the hands of the carrier. I can’t be held responsible for any delays.
Dependent on your country, shipping can get expensive. It is reflective of the price of packaging and the fee charged by the mail carrier. This is a real shame but I can’t do anything about it other than feeling truly sorry!
Please know that additional fees may incur upon arrival as well, again, depending on where you are ordering from. I do not benefit from these charges in any way.
If you’re in Paris and would like to come and get your order yourself,
you’re very welcome to pop by the studio! Do remember to pick the “click & collect” option when adding a product to your cart, this will automatically cancel any shipping fee.Send me an email or message me on instagram to plan a visit and I’ll be waiting for you with a hot tea pot and my prettiest smile!
